Code Of Conduct
Our events are built around creating a relaxed, social and enjoyable experience for everyone attending. To make that possible, we expect all guests to act with respect and consideration toward one another.
By purchasing a ticket and attending one of our events, you agree to follow this Code of Conduct. We reserve the right to ask anyone who does not comply to leave the event without refund.
1. Respectful Behaviour
All attendees, staff, and venue personnel should be treated with kindness and respect.
Any form of discrimination, harassment or offensive behaviour will not be accepted.
2. Boundaries & Consent
Everyone has different comfort levels. Always respect personal space and boundaries.
Physical contact or advances should only occur when they are clearly welcomed.
3. Communication
Keep conversations friendly and appropriate.
Offensive language, inappropriate comments or remarks that make others uncomfortable are not acceptable.
4. No Pressure or Intimidation
Aggressive behaviour, confrontations, or persistent unwanted attention are not allowed.
If someone is not interested, respect their response and move on.
5. Privacy & Discretion
What happens at the event stays at the event.
Do not share personal information, conversations or experiences involving other attendees without their consent.
6. Alcohol Responsibility
Alcohol may be served at our events. All guests are expected to drink responsibly.
If a participant becomes overly intoxicated or behaves inappropriately, we reserve the right to remove them from the event.
7. Dress & Presentation
Our events are social gatherings in public venues.
Please dress in a way that is appropriate, respectful, and suitable for the setting.
8. Photos & Recording
Please respect others’ privacy.
Photography or filming of other attendees is not permitted without their consent.
Official event photography may take place for promotional purposes.
9. Venue Guidelines
All attendees must follow the rules and policies of the hosting venue.
Please treat the venue, its staff and its property with care.
10. Speak Up
If you feel uncomfortable or witness behaviour that goes against these guidelines, notify event staff immediately.
